Approved Log My Recomp Cycle 2024

@Ravenson I'm looking back, do you have bloodwork for higher testosterone intake? over 300mgs?

and hows the training going bro? :) share with anabolex family please :)
These were my last end cycle bloods. Cycle was 525 test c and 350 deca with no AI or serms. I do however eat a crap load of broccoli which can have ai traits. Training will resume Wednesday since I had spinal injections last Friday.

@Ravenson checking the bloods but what range of the e2 was used? can you share the ranges on the bloods too

Here is prolactin. And is it good or bad the e2? Also o do use caber about once a month for prolactin.
@Ravenson your prolactin is too low I would get it back into range so cabergoline I would not use it for 1 month for now
but estrogen no ai with 500mgs of test and your e2 is in range?

If I get the primo in time I will be adding in 200 primo and as soon as I get the BPC and clear it with the doc I will be starting that. I’m considering also adding in 2iu HGH but what to clear that win oncologist next week. Just had lumbar stem cells today so no training till Wednesday next week. Should give me plenty of time to get the gear in the system.

I have heard EQ can have a mild AI effect and I’m not prone to aromatizing, should I be concerned with crashing E2 at these dosages?

yeah I have used them before, and they are excellent, just like trying new sources from time to time.
Saw you were considering GDRoids. You can look at my last logs, I've promoted his stuff a lot and I still feel good about his peptides (including hgh)to be honest HOWEVER, I did labs in September and I had been running 750mgs of his test cyp per week (375mg every 3½ days) and my test came back a little under 1700. That same week I cut my dose back down to 340 per week (170mg x2) and switched to Ultima... I did labs last week and was expecting my test to be under 1000... bro it's almost 2800. So you do the math just thought I'd let you know. Best of luck

I’m good everything on point and adding anavar tomorrow. Just been super swamped getting things ready to take vacation so haven’t had much free time to post. I’ll be back to logging on Sunday or Monday.

on the dinner can you swap the dressing for something more natty like apple cider vinegar and olive oil?

on the overall macros you need to work on them
the fats are not heavy in omega 3 fats, needs to change to prevent further injuries and to help you recover, add more healthy fats and make sure omega 3 so up walnuts fish oil and up that to 100 grams
protein should be around 200 grams at least so add more please
carbs you can boost to 100 easy here
 
Pretty much the same workout I’ve been doing for 2 years, only difference is I went from 5 sets per to 3 sets
stay at 3 sets for now bro see how you feel as you update the LOG and we see your progress
I would start adding more psyllium husk if you can @Ravenson

you decide on the HGH or bpc?
