Approved Log My recomp cycle log

Also reposting this from a couple logs ago hoping to get a little feedback.

Awesome last day of cycle. Will be dropping back down to TRT test only starting tomorrow. Right now my doc has me dosed at 280mg/wk. Does that sound like too much? Was thinking of dropping it down to like 175mg/wk. Also now that the cycle is over what should I do about diet? Just keep it the same low carb or go back to a more normalized macros?

Super busy day today. I had no way to quantify my diet as it was an eating out day. Got in a nice fasted leg workout this morning though.

Thanks to everyone who offered advice on TRT dosage. Now how long should I wait before running another cycle? I was thinking 8-10 weeks. All my bloods are great and liver and kidney panels were also prefect. Next cycle I’m wanting to start around mid September and wanting to run Test EQ and Var though I could do another test Deca Var cycle if that’s better. I have all on hand already. Let me know what y’all think.
