My Testosterone Cyp, Winstrol and GW contest prep cycle. I'm chimp (just to stay anonymous) , Age: 27, Height: 6'0, Weight: 214 Ibs , body fat 6.1% I’m currently two weeks out from my second show and trying to bring home some hardware! I’m looking to get a little more dialed in and I’m open to any advice.

Diet:
Meal 1: 6 egg whites, 2 Whole eggs, 1/2 cup oat meal, 900mg fish oil.
Meal 2: 10oz White Fish 1/2cup B/rice
Meal 3: 10oz White Fish 1/2cup B/rice
Meal 4: 10oz White Fish 1/2cup B/rice
Meal 5: 10oz White Fish 1cup Asparagus
Meal 6: 10oz White Fish 1cup Asparagus
No Alcohol but will occasionally drink a coconut water prior to a workout if I’m down bad on energy lol.

Gear:
Test C 350 x1 week
Liquid Winny 20mg x1 daily
GW 20mg x1 daily

Training:
High volume antagonist training
Day 1: Chest & Back
Day 2: Shoulders, Biceps & Triceps
Day 3: Legs
Day 4: Rest

I saw your other thread @Chimp, only thing to add here is winstrol IMO and organ support which you dont have.

I’m jogging 2 miles roughly 3 times a week and my lifts are mainly high volume low weight due to me having barely any energy

you look tremendous and the hard work shows but its a bit worrisome to hear you have a lack of energy.. have you had bloodwork done? thats not a lot of cardio and so there has to be something causing that kind of problem...

I haven’t gotten my blood work done since I’ve started I was gonna get it done after this show to see where I’m at. I plan to cruise with just Test C 150 once a week to give my body somewhat of a break till my next prep
 
this is a lot of fish man

the problem is two fold

farm raised fish is full of toxic shit
wild fish is full of toxic shit

unfortunately i would not eat fish more than twice a week a quarter of the year. you are eating so much of it man, please switch to chicken intead

jogging? you should only be doing walking up treadmill slowly

incline 6-7
speed 2.5
walk up treadmill

you should NOT jog so close to show you can get injured and you are so lean you are burning bodyfat by walking but muscle is burned by jogging if you go too fast

I also compete so I know how you feel bro. I suggest you add Anavar now before it's too late.
 
get a bottle of n2guard now it will make precontest easier
keeps your organs and liver clean
 
when the bros saying add winstrol they mean up the dose double and add anavar around 50mgs and n2guard too for organs
