Approved Log My Testosterone and Equipoise bulk cycle Log

On Saturday 24th of May (today) I will be starting my 15 week bulk cycle

I’m 35 years old
6 foot even
225 pounds
My guesstimate is around 15 to 17% body fat

-750 test
-500 EQ
-100mg anadrol per day (4 week kickstart)

Unfortunately, I didn’t get all of my supplies today so I only got my test, so for right now I’m just gonna be running 500 mg of test until I get my other goodies.
The dosages will be split into three, so Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Androl twice a day, one in the morning one pre-workout.

My diet will consist of 4500 cal a day
300 g of protein
Fat and carbs will be split accordingly in favor of carbs, being way higher than the fats, still moderate fat though.

It will be split into five meals per day, two of those meals will be a large protein shake, and a banana. The rest of my diet will basically consist of white rice, sirloin, steak, chicken thighs, sweet potatoes, and broccoli.

I need to get my girlfriend to take some pictures doing poses and get all my measurements. The only measurements I do know off the top of my head is my neck, calves and biceps are all 17.5 inches.

Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

OK, thanks I’ll get all of that set up, I’ll take a picture of all my supplements, to answer your question. Yes, the only thing that I’m working with is the test right now.

My supplements include
Digestive enzymes
Fish oil
Muscle tech multivitamin
Vitamin D3
Glucosamine
Milk thistle/liver kidney support
B6

As far as prescriptions
Adex
Metroprolol
Telmisartan
Ambien only when needed
Clonazepam only when needed
Cialis, 5 mg every day

My training is push, pull, legs

Five days a week, I only do legs once per week as I go hard and heavy, however, I do calves twice a week, and I throw them in with another body part in the beginning. I typically do about 12 sets per small muscle group and 16-18

Mostly free weights, but I do love the Nautilus pullover, the prime row, Cybex hack squad, hoist chest press. Just a few of my favorites.
I wouldn’t say it’s high intensity like ornate style, but I do take one top set to failure, but usually I work out by myself so I don’t always have a spotter to go past failure

And yes, I will get my blood work and pictures posted and I will subscribe to the podcast

So the picture of me when I was bald I was 170 pounds of emaciated drinking alcohol every day I actually went to rehab right after that picture, that was four years ago, and you can see one picture in my gray shorts where I’m at my maybe best, and the other two are the most recent. These will do for now, but I wanna get proper Bodybuilding pose pictures and measurements

Unfortunately This isn’t all the blood work normally get, my doctor tends to forget to add a few things so you’re not gonna see SHBG, estrogen, which I’m not too worried about, I function well off high estrogen, also gyno has never been an issue with me as long as long using a little bit of adex

Yeah, I was probably gonna order a full panel from Meric health. Because I wanna do one mid cycle, but I don’t want my doctor to see that lol! He’ll freak out when he sees my Test levels at 4000 ng/dL. 😆
 
Woke up today at 220 pounds, had a large protein shake with a banana and three hours later I am having my second meal which consists of chicken, rice and one slice of cheese and pico all mixed together. I’ll be going to the gym in one hour to be doing a push workout, chest emphasized I do to push workouts a week, one chest emphasized, one more shoulder emphasized.
