Here’s some of the meals. I’ve been eating the last couple days, with protein shakes in between. I’m not gonna take pictures of every meal. My macros have been anywhere from 2500 cal up to 3000 cal, I’m down a couple pounds. I feel strong in the gym. And strong is different for everybody, some guys are half my size and can benchpress 405 pounds, I can do 225 pounds for 10 reps and maybe 315 once so I’m not particularly a strong guy, but that’s probably a blessing in disguise because I feel if I got super strong, I would get more injuries
I need to get a better bed because my back has been suffering. I just don’t have $1000 right now to invest in a new mattress. But everything has been going good, been really busy at work, typically work out four days a week, PPL, then I add an extra day with chest and shoulders and calves, those are the areas that I feel that could come up the most. Still keeping my diet relatively moderate with fats, steak, salmon, avocado, little bit of olive oil, but staying away from the processed stuff.
Also, I had an ordering/shipment issue and I only got two bottles of testosterone out of 7 different things I ordered and I did not get the rest of my goodies so they did ship that back out and hopefully I’ll get that sometime this week. I already have a tracking number but it hasn’t arrived to the sender yet
