Hello guys, I am 30 years old male 183cm 75.5kg as we speak, I train for years had my ups and downs physically and health wise.
Last few years I was focused more on my mental health and organs health, switched my diet to Animal Based (butter,eggs,red meat,fruits,unheated honey,raw milk occasionally)
I feel much better overall, and improved my physique pretty drastically.
After I achieved some form of v shape and abs I decided to hang out with clen and some Reta, of course after heavy research from my side about how to use them.
I used clen 40-80-120 slowly going up and if I passed the 14 days I took ketotifen before sleep,
Reta 0.5mg 2 weeks and went up to 1mg/w , feeling great.
Now I want to make big Peptide order from UGF, and I wanted to discuss with you guys about it.
TB500+BPC157+MOTS C 20MG each
Retatrutide 10MG
IGF1LR3 2MG
and for bonus I will add GHK-CU and Melanotan 2
What do u guys think about it and especially about igf1lr3? I’m looking to go to single bf % and to add some muscle, this would be the last step before hoping on gear(which will probably be 250-300 test+real primo)

Cardio 1 month 15,000 steps 1 month 20,000 steps
