Need Help ! My order says delivered but didnt receive nothing!!

Ive ordered some stuff from an approved canadian site. The tracking number says it was delivered but i didn't receive nothing. it says delivered feb 13, delivery standard was Feb15, i need help !!!

1- Where i can see that he send the stuff to the good adress or how can i get proof he send it to the good adress? With the tracking number it only show in which town it was delivered but not the complete adress. The sender could of made a mistake and send it to the wrong adress or the sender could of send a empty box to an house near me and scam me. I want to make sure this didn't happen.

2-Did it ever happen to people that it showed delivered but got it couple days after ?

why are you not contacting the source you ordered from? when you do this without contacting whoever you ordered it from, it looks shady on your end... i dont know anyone that would not be contacting whoever they ordered something from if there was an issue..

packs get delivered to wrong place
packs get lost
packs get stolen
and sometimes even the postman lies and says delivered and steals it.

i recommend you talk to your postman asap and tell him what happened, he will give you more info

why are you not contacting the source you ordered from? when you do this without contacting whoever you ordered it from, it looks shady on your end... i dont know anyone that would not be contacting whoever they ordered something from if there was an issue..

yes im already in contact with him. i ask him if he send it to the good adress and he send me a reply in a email whit my adress and ask me if i had a parcel box. i said yes but i dont have any key in my mail box.Then i asking for a prof of shipement so i can see to witch address it was send. Hes now contacting the mail guy to get additional information. im trying to find out how can i get a document or a proof that he send it to the good address , now i will be sure it post canada fault.

no it not syn pharma. for now i dont want to name nobody cause i dont know who is faulty the sender or the mail compagnie. i started a support ticket whit the mail compagnie. tommorow i will try to contact them by phone.

he can help me by sending me the proof of shipement whit my adress on it. Then i will know he didnt scam or did a mistake and it the mail compagnie fault.

This was our order everyone. Ggpump - we didn’t scam you brother. We sent out the order the next day, we sent out tracking information within two days, and the order was delivered within five. Sometimes CanadaPost makes errors and it’s looking like this may be one of them my friend. I’m in the midst of having our mail guys triple check everything. We can only dig so far into these due to the nature of the contents in the package sadly. I feel you man. It sucks.

If we can’t get an answer from Canada Post, I’m happy to re-send your order at 50% off. We’ll lose money here to get this out to you as well but it’s worth it as we really want you to get your items. I will definitely make sure you’re taken care of, and we’ll sort this out no problem man.

the WHOLE point is YOU DONT post this on the forum unless you are not being helped by the source.. this was POINTLESS and it brings negative attention when none was deserved or needed... you cause unnecessary issues especially when its not even something that they did wrong... its called forum etiquette and you are not showing it at all...
