Okay so I am trying this product out however probabaly not up to date on the best cycle. I'll post what my plan is and take all advice. I was more into this 15-20 years ago but just did some time and gonna give this a run. I am 11 days in. Okay
Cycle plan
Week 1 and week 2
nandrolone phenylpropionate 150mg 2x per week
Testosterone propionate 100mg 3x per week
Dianabol capsules 50 mg 3x per week
Clomid 25 mg eod (prescibed for trt)
Week 3 and week 4 I have this planned

Testosterone propionate 100mg 3x per week
Dianabol capsules 50 mg EOD
Clomid 25 mg eod (prescibed for trt)
Okay my training has been this week 1 and 2
This is week 1 and 5th day in to week 2 after 6 weeks off of training. Week 2 mimicked exactly week 1 except I have added 1 set to every exercise for my progression. I'm feeling like momentum is starting to build back up and am ready for ideas for my progression. I will start tracking exact weight and reps week 3
this week I started a 3 mile jog in the 4 -5pm time frame. Missed it today because I did this log.
Monday/Thursday 4am
all reps were aimed for 15, some fell short
Chest and bicep superset and calves
3 sets hammer strength machine chest press/ 3 sets machine Bicep preacher curl
3 sets incline dumbell press/3 sets standing dumbell curl
3 sets machine chest flye/3 sets standing barbell curl
Bicep
4 sets of leg press calf raises
4 sets standing calf raises
Tues/Thurs
Back and Tricep superset
3 sets machine wide pulldown/3 sets seated triceps overhead extention
3 sets one arm dumbell row/3 sets lying barbell triceps extention
3 sets seated close grip cable row/3 sets cable triceps pushdown
Wed/ 8am Sat
Legs and shoulders no superset
3 sets leg extension machine
3 sets lying leg curl machine
3 sets leg press
3 sets hack squat machine
3 sets dumbell shoulder press
3 sets hammer strength machine shoulder press
3 sets dumbell side laterals
I wor a lot so have to squeeze my training into an hour fifteen minutes from 4am-5:15 m-f
Okay diet thus far looks close to this, I'm a CDL driver so I aim for times the closest I can. I don't weigh out food but my GF cooks bulk for me for a few days at a time and I split it up into Tupperware I take with me to work. All crockpotted
330am 50g protein pre workout (dymatize whey)
530am 50g protein post workout (dymatize whey)
900am chicken, white rice, lentils
12pm cottage cheese, almonds until filled
4pm I've been eating turkey sandwich when get home from work but not hungry about half the time so I choke down 25g protein
600pm varied dinners prepped by GF. Most commonly Tapia, sweet potato, small chef salad I can't lay off the ranch yet
Last weekend was my first weekend and I had protein (dymatize whey) 50g pre and post workout and then I had sheperds pie at cheesecake factory and a 2 fillet grilled chicken dinner at Red Robin.
Sunday I almost ate nothing the whole day. String cheese and some almonds literally.
The remaining gear I have is
Trenbolone enanthate 200mg
Anavar 50mg capsules
Winstrol 25mg capsules
How to Cycle all this I will take all direction from reputable guys or girls
I will take cues on training and diet
Give me a direction and I'll lock it in. My ideas have just gotten me started.
