I'm about a week in of running 500mg of test cyp a week along with 500 Eq and 50 mg of dbol everyday. Going to run the test and eq for 20 weeks and dbol for 6 weeks and at the end of the cycle I'm going to run winstrol 25mg twice a day for 6 weeks.

Age: 28
Height: 5'7
Weight: 170
Bf: 12%

I've been working out for about 10 years, I consume on average 3700 calories. Eat about 200 grams of protein a day need to start writing down all my micros.

A week into the cycle I've put on 8lbs, I'm going to assume water weight from the dbol. I've never had dbol before so I was excited to use, feel pretty amazing on it, pumps are something I haven't experienced before. But I'm going to keep reporting on how everything goes, this was my first time ever buying products online so I was really skeptical, but others on forums gave me the courage to give it a go and so far I'm glad I made the decision.

A few things we need to see. Your diet, please post up your meals and how much you eat, full diet detail as you go, so we can see what you actually doing.

Your training, please post sets and reps as you go, not just 1 post, so we can see how you adjust your training.

Sorry trying to get use to all this, very new too me.
1st meal: 4 eggs 2 slices of bacon with a biscuit and a 30 gram protein shake( before workout)

snack: After gym I have a 30 gram protein shake and banana with 4 tbsp of peanutbutter

2nd meal: 4 ounces of ground turkey with a cup of white rice and 1/3 cup of sweet potatoes.

Snack: before work I eat protein yogurt with 1/4 cup of honey oats and some ramen noodles...I know don't judge lol

3nd meal is same as 2nd meal

Snack: work always has food to select from and I usually get a big slice of pizza.(usually no healthy options)

4th meal: 4 ounces of chicken and 1/2 cup of broccoli and 1/2 cup of white rice

After work: 50 gram protein shake

Today I worked out chest and triceps. Warmed up with push ups and triceps ropes pull downs.

Incline dumbell press 4 sets 40lbs x12 reps
60lbs x12 reps, 80lbs x10 reps, 100lbsx 8 reps

Incline dumbell Flys 4 sets 40lbs x12 , 50lbsx10 reps, 60lbs x10reps, 70lbs x8 reps

Straight bar pulldown 4 sets 60lbs x 12 reps, 80lbs x 12 reps, 100lbs x 10 reps, 120lbs x 10reps

Flat dumbell press 4 sets 65lbs x 12 reps, 80lbs x 10 reps, 100lbs x 8 reps, 105 x 6 reps

Seated fly machine 4 sets 80lbs x 12 reps, 100lbs x 12 reps, 120lbs x12 reps, 140lbs x 12 reps

Incline skull crushers 4 sets 40lbs x 12 reps, 60lbs x 12 reps, 80lbs x 12 reps, 90lbs x 10 reps

Please give any and all advice. I take dbol before I workout and once again at work, I split the shots into twice a week.

I work 3- midnight so my bad on the late post. Will be posting pictures tomorrow.

Trained back today with a few bicep workouts.

Lat pull downs 4 sets, 100lbs x12, 120lbs x12, 140lbs x10, 160lbs x8

Rope pulls 4 sets, 60lbs x12, 80lbs x12 100lbs x10, 120lbs x 8

Steated bicep curls 4 sets[each hand] 15lbs x 12, 20lbs x 12, 25lbs 10, 30lbs x 10

Bent over rows 4 sets, 135lbs x12, 145lbs x 12, 155lbs x10, 165lbs x 8

Lower back extension machine 4 sets, 60lbs x 12, 80lbs x 12, 100lbsx 10, 120lbs x 8

Seated rows 4 sets, 80lbs x 12, 100lbs x 12, 120lbs x 10, 140lbs x 8

And another set of bicep curls with same reps and weight. I have a torn distal bicep tendon from 6 years ago and never got it fixed so it prevents me from going heavy with biceps.

Feeling a bit awkward with the picture situation since I've never done it before, is there an app go use to blur the face and tattoos out?

@harrybarry78910 this is a powerful start to the log.

I noticed you're only doing 4 sets, why?

you can use the edit function on your phone and just paint over your face and tats, no problem. many members do this.
