nobody uses GHK anymore?

Not seeing many people talking about GHK anymore when it comes to recovery and joint help.
Looking to run anywhere from 1 or 2 mg per day for a month and see where I’m at from there
I’m in my mid-50s and I’ve been having a hard time recovering from my workouts
I’m also contemplating stacking other peptides with it if you have any tips

ghk is truly a forgotten pep lol
i suggest hgh or igf over it any day
 
I would go with ghrp-6 if you ask me
 
growth hormone is going to be much more effective I think
 
when it comes to joints you won't be collagen that's the best thing you could take
 
stacking ghrp to and GHK would be something I would do
 
look at nutrobal and ostarine as well both are excellent for recovery
 
make sure you use umbrella for your peptides they are legit I use them all the time
