Well I continued my heart energy into this morning as I couldn’t sleep so I got up early and went to the gym..
I’m normally a night Trainer as I’m not a very good morning person, but I had a bit of steam still to blow out and I put it all into arms…

Food was pretty off today well put it this way not bad but not perfect due to a fair bit of stress going on at work

Blasted arms today. Always an enjoyable work out.. was a good pump. I’m happy with it and conditioning is coming back …

I’d like to know the weights used. I bet they are up there
That’s a great question, actually bro..
I don’t actually lift that heavy. I might try a heavy lift so once every 3 to 4 months, but that’s about my limit.
Otherwise I always aim for 12 to 14 reps and to struggle by the time I’m hitting 10 no matter what said it is adjusting the way to accordingly..

My heaviest benchpress for two wraps was 170kg just the fun facts lol
 
Well continuing on this week onto chest.. starting to feel a little bit fuller again which is really good as I’m trying to keep the consistency up..

Food is still going very well as I’m staying consistent with that with my ability to cook at work every day also helps..
Mainly the morning and all through the day sick to a carnivore diet… then with carbs late in the day just before my workout.. it’s my process that I’ve done for years with fighting and I’ll still stick to it..

Morning……
Toast n avo..

Hour n half later……
Bowl of cereal

Smoko…
(I go carnivore for rest of day…)
Lamb cutlets and usually chicken or bacon

Lunch.
Lamb or chicken again and eggs…

3/4pm..
Cereal

Dinner…. 6:30ish
(Back to carbs)
Rice and some chicken and 2 veg max

Night..
Late snake.. protein shake or banana smoothy

Seems to be going ok so far bro..
