Sunday.. just a random routine as I do on a Sunday… No patterns, no routines.. just what ever the hell I feel like, and ENJOY the workout.. if you don’t enjoy it, you will loose interest over time IMO…

MACHINE CHEST PRESS
CABLE FLYS
SEATED BICEP CURLS
STANDING BARBELL CURLS
TRICEP PUSH DOWN
OVERHEAD TRICEP PULLS
SIDE LATERAL RAISES
MACHINE SHOULDER PRESS
MACHINE SEATED ROWS
LEG EXTENSIONS
CALF RAISES

All exercises where 3 SETS X 12 REPS
Had a nice sweat in the suna after it to clear some toxins and cold shower after it..

Mass and test E is going well. Feel good on it..

Good has been good this week so all in all been a good week ..

Another good day of food while at work and also while at home so very happy on that side of things..
