@Ratatata can't go wrong with this type of consistent training. The volume looks tremendous. Keep up the good work. I like the hex bar.

Bros, hell yeah! I like the seated shoulder press machine and I like the converging seated chest press. That's all looking good and incline dumbbell chest fly really good too. @Ratatata
