ostarine cycle help needed

Newbie
Any guys with high experience with osta, Im looking to find out the best dosage for osta getting lean.
I plan to goto basic training in a few months and want to lean out and boost my cardio to be lean going into it.
 
For getting lean you need cardarine 20mgs/day, with 25mgs of osta. You should add cardazol to it for max training cardio.

The dose is the same one everyone uses.

However, basic training - meaning military. Listen up recruit!! WORK YOUR ASS OFF. Just so we're clear on this - HARD WORK. Do NOT use Osta etc and think it'll help you take short cuts. Cos let's imagine you make the grade and then don't have access to Osta - you'll be screwed. So work first then Osta
 
You definitely want to be using Cardarine to help with your cardio and losing fat. If you can afford to add it in I highly suggest it. If you only have enough to get a single compound the go with Cardarine over Ostarine regarding fat loss.

bro...50mgs per day of osta and 20mgs/d of cardarine...its the perfect cardio mix...and strength
