I like to eat some fruit after I workout especially if I sweat a lot. Watermelon and grapes are my favorites and they are very refreshing.
However I noticed after I consume them I start peeing a lot. Is this a good thing or is it a bad thing? And do I have to drink more water to get my water back in my body or am I going to be okay?
