Potatoes, potatoes, glorious potatoes

I haven’t eaten potatoes in many years but I was recently at Thanksgiving dinner and someone made about 10 different types of potatoes anything from yams to sweet potatoes the white potatoes to red potatoes all kinds of potatoes and they made them every which way and they were amazing
they even made mashed potatoes
I’m curious our potatoes good for you and what’s your thought on them I know they’re high in carbs?

I would get them for sure you can cut them up and cook them in an air fryer

I used to eat raw sweet potatoes back in the day they're pretty good

some people can't really Digest or are allergic to potatoes so make sure you aren't
