Preworkout increasing heart rate

I’m getting gassed during my workouts faster and when I use a pre workout I notice my heart rate is higher with less work in the gym. This is causing me to lose my endurance faster and I seem to flame out and don’t have energy for cardio after weight training. Can anyone explain the science behind this and why pre workouts are pushed so much when they actually hurt my training?
 
you don't want to stim yourself up before a workout, it is counter productive

you want to be able to push harder and longer without hitting near your max heart rate. when you take a stim those stims will artificially push your HR up which gasses you out. it would be like revving up your car engine RPM's to the red zone and then driving cross country. you are tearing up your engine.

i understand many of you are butthurt when i tell you to not drink coffee or take a preworkout before training cause you think you 'need it' but once you adjust your body to not needing it anymore you will be able to have much better and cleaner workouts. :)
 
The science is pretty simple. Stimulants increase heart rate. Even a cup of coffee will do it to some degree.

On the other side of things a higher heart is what you aim for in exercise, especially cardio
