For those of you consuming over 200g of protein daily, what are your go to probiotic and digestive aids for staying regular?
 
you need to look at time restricted eating. that will help your digestion bigtime

also avoid foods that upset your stomach and throw things off.

if you aren't regular then that means you have serious stomach issues which need to be addressed cause bodybuilding diets make them worse.

@Simon I take spore based probiotics combined with regular 100 billion probiotics, add daily before meal digestive enzymes and 1 capsule of n2slin x with each meal.

I also drink around 4 tbps of psyllium husk powder per day split into 2/2 it works try it.
 
if you use the right spore based strains you will feel great
