really want to use primo guys

I’m 46 years old. 5’10’’ and 180lbs.
Never thought I would use primo but I want to gain lean muscle without side effects
so a few questions on primobolan:
how much should I run ? Should I go 300mgs a week or 500mgs ? And how long? 10 weeks? 12 weeks?
Also which lab/brand do you recommend I use? I see a lot of sources on here but not sure which has the best primobolan

i would go 500mgs a week for 12 weeks
That gives you enough time to really build it up in your system.

400-600 mg of EW is a reasonable dosage as long as you monitor daily macro intake. Regarding labs or brands, I advise following up on feedback as there are many differing opinions.
