safe to use anavar?

I am trying to find out if it is safe to use anavar. I am weird in that I have naturally low SHBG, which is at 16. my doctor has no idea why that is, does anyone on here have any clues what would cause this? I’m on no supplements at all. My last question is would anavar drop it even though it is already low?

You should use anavar 50mgs /day even if your shbg is low you wont fix it, might as well cycle then goto TRT.

yes it would be safe to use var

the reasons for low SHBG are typically insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes and other things like thyroid issues etc. var will not be a problem with any of those conditions. something like tren and high doses of test WILL. so be aware of that

It would help but you can't stay on anavar for life so definitely see a good doc and get to the root cause.

This is one of those situations when you need to see an experienced Endo about the problems your low SHBG

There are health conditions like hypothyroidism and obesity that can cause low SHBG levels.
Like Steve said as well, insulin resistance, even without obesity, results in lower SHBG levels.
Low SHBG levels could also be associated with elevated levels of triglycerides and low-density lipoprotein (LDL)

This is one to take up with your doctor and maybe not just a steroid forum.

One thing I know has helped me stabilize my body through the years has been fasting, maybe under your doctor's guidance give it a shot and see how you feel.
