sarms during workout?

My workouts are about an hour per session but I take like a 10 minute break
in the middle of it just to rest my muscles and hydrate and all that
should I take the sarms during that break time or will it not matter?
I’m using RAD140 and S4/andarine
I’m 22 years old and 5’11’’ 155 pounds

except for SR which should be used ahead of any exercise

that makes zero difference whatsoever... sarms are not preworkouts and it makes no difference whether they are taken around your time at the gym or not...

You do not need to take your sarms during your workout. They will not have an impact using them that way

during training I would use stenabolic sr9009

but rad140 and s4 anadrine you can use 1 hour prior to workout out

Makes no difference. Just pay attention to the half lives. Most can just be taken once per day.
