My last order had a package that took a very long time and was shipped to the wrong address so naps reshipped it and offered me free shipping on my next order. I ordered again and the usps label was created 8 weeks ago and never updated. Napshelp told me this was completely normal even though I’ve ordered hundreds of packages from them and the only time this has happened is when it was never dropped off. The customer service was taking a week to respond to my messages and said they knew where my package was but would not give me a tracking number “because it was sensitive contents”. Now they sent me an email, 8 weeks later, saying it didn’t get approved by customs and it would be reshipped. This has happened before except I got a letter from customs and had to send naps a pic or it for reshipment (which they did without issue). I’ve ordered hundreds of packages over the years from naps but everything about this order seemed off. I’m not sure what’s going on but I am extremely disappointed
