I weighed almost 300lbs in the unhealthy fat days in my 20's so I've never seen an ab lol. Started walking and lifting weights around 1990. In the early 2000's started using mostly test but added dbol, tren here and there. I had no intelligent cycle, just stayed on test. My diet has been mostly plant based plus eggs, and fish occasionally, protein powder, EAA, and lots of supplements. Water is a gallon/day or more. I've used every test booster I thought might work. I'm sure I'll start remembering more. Thanks for the welcome!
So I'm on week 2 of diet tweek. Added 1 extra meal consisting of 1 Clif bar, 1 banana. 3 other meals same as earlier. Up 6lbs, feel stronger, even though it's fat weight. I gain weight quickly with only minor changes. Protein needs to go way up and carbs down but nowhere near keto. Protein used to consist of lots of tuna alternating with METRX. Now with plant based + eggs it's not so easy...No supplements yet and that would make everything work better.

Ok gents...3 weeks into 5X5. Increasing weight 1X per week. Still Wed., Thurs., Fri... Compound movements + a bit of isolation movements. Added Salmon packets to diet, 15gms protein per. Need to add way more eggs. 4 meals/ day now. Still not enough daily protein. Ran out of EAA's. Weight 174 what the ??? Down 2 lbs. We'll see in another week. I can't deal with eat, eat, eating all the time but I sure can break out the blender and drink, drink, drink. Here's a fast protein blender drink:
1 can tuna
1 cup water
1 whatever else (optional)
Meal Done!

thats kind of nasty a protein shake with tuna come on man lol :)
can you just get some protein powder? like 3 scoops

you need to bump protein up to grown
