your diet is getting better and better. huge change from before. i'm sure you can feel the difference!
@SteveSmi I do indeed. There is the occasional sweet treat and I feel those too, mainly digestive and energy saps. I've been really hungry lately though and I'm trying to get the eating window under control but its hard when I start my day at 5am and train past 5pm.

DIET:
0700 - 1 scoop protein w 1 tsp psyllium husk

0900 - 1 plain bagel, 1 sausage patty, 2 eggs, slice of cheddar and sliced tomato, (as sandwich). 1 banana, 8 strawberries.

1300 - 1 peach, 1-6oz jalapeno cheddar sausage from local butcher. 1 scoop protein w 10oz water.

1630 - 1.5 pounds of roasted spiral sliced ham, maybe 2 pounds. 2Tbs potato salad. 3 slices of tomato topped with 3 slices fresh mozzarella and 6 basil leaves. I also split a cinnamon roll from a local bakery with my wife for dessert, I think it set me back about 4 days.

2030 - 1 peach, 1 banana, 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk

TRAINING:
Jiu-jitsu 60min

SLEEP: 2200 - 0700 approx 9 hours.
WATER: approx. 1 gallon
ELECTROLYTES+AMINOS: 360mg Magnesium, 320mg Potassium, 1000mg Sodium, 2mg Zinc, 500mg Aminos

1700 - steak fajitas, (just the beef, peepers, onions and tomatoes) 1c fresh made quacamole and 2 handfuls tortilla chips.

2030 - 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk and 1 apple.

TRAINING:
Rest day

SLEEP: 2130 - 0500 approx 7.5 hours.
WATER: approx. 1 gallon
