I've gotten so used to eating at maintenance its had to come down on calories. I get so hangry! It\s really going to come down to what do I want more I guess. I'm considering a Clen/TRT cycle, (real trt dose) after this one after seeing Phil's log!

1230 - 1 baked chicken thighs, 2 fried chicken drumsticks, 2c pineapple, 2c cantaloupe, 1.5c green beans

1400 - 1 slice homemade blueberry pie and 1 scoop vanilla ice cream, (nieces birthday, I'll justify it anyway I can)

1800 - 12oz grilled swordfish, (wild caught), 1c jasmine rice. 2c edamame and cucumber salad.

2000 - 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk.

1600 - 4oz brisket, 4 slices Buffalo mozzarella, 2tbs homeade pesto

1830 - 8 grilled chicken wings, 1c baby carrots. 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk.

TRAINING:
20 mile road bike ride. Mostly zones 2 and 3 for heart rate less warm up and cool down. Approximately 80 minutes total.
