DIET:
0530 - 1 scoop protein w 1tsp psyllium husk and 10oz water
0830 - 3 egg omelet with bacon, sausage, peppers, mushrooms, jalapenos and cheddar. 2oz salsa and 1oz sour cream
1230 - 2 peaches, 1c cottage cheese, 4oz grilled chicken breast, 2c mixed greens, bell peppers, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and fresh buffalo mozzarella tossed with olive oil and balsamic.
1530 - 5oz grilled chicken, 3 hardboiled eggs, 1 apple.
2100 - 3oz NY strip, 3 eggs, 1/4c cheese, grilled peppers and onions and 1/4c roasted potatoes. 1/2 avocado. 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk.
TRAINING:
Jiujitsu 120 minutes
SLEEP: 2200 - 0500 approx 7 hours.
WATER: approx. 1 gallon
