DIET:
0530 - 1 scoop protein w 1tsp psyllium husk and 10oz water

0830 - 3 egg omelet with bacon, sausage, peppers, mushrooms, jalapenos and cheddar. 2oz salsa and 1oz sour cream

1230 - 2 peaches, 1c cottage cheese, 4oz grilled chicken breast, 2c mixed greens, bell peppers, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and fresh buffalo mozzarella tossed with olive oil and balsamic.

1530 - 5oz grilled chicken, 3 hardboiled eggs, 1 apple.

2100 - 3oz NY strip, 3 eggs, 1/4c cheese, grilled peppers and onions and 1/4c roasted potatoes. 1/2 avocado. 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk.

TRAINING:
Jiujitsu 120 minutes

SLEEP: 2200 - 0500 approx 7 hours.
WATER: approx. 1 gallon

@Simon I like 2100 meal you did psyllium husk closer to slow the digestion, smart moves on this diet

0600 - 1 banana, 1c blueberries, 1/2c oats, 1 scoop protein, 1tsp psyllium husk, 1tsp honey blended as shake

0900 - 4oz chorizo and 3 egg quesadilla homemade with 1/2 avocado. 1 oz sour cream and 2 oz salsa

1230 - 1 peach, 1c cottage cheese, 4oz grilled chicken breast, 2c mixed greens, bell peppers, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and fresh buffalo mozzarella tossed with olive oil and balsamic. MetRx Big 100 bar.

1530 - 3 hardboiled eggs, 1 apple.

2100 - 1c fresh made quacamole, burrito filled with steak, black beans, rice, and avocado. 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk.

TRAINING:
Rest day

@Topps_Baseball88 have you any experience with BPC157 or TB500? Im considering them.
I can't say I do brother, you and me both are on the idea of utilizing them, I've studied them and watched everything I could. BPC has my interest more then anything else, I am u clear whether thay could help arthritis or not no one has ever brought it up when speaking on it.

Yeah I would love to see a log on it and see how you feel on it and if it improves the condition for you, I turn 35 soon and as that is still young for majority of people, I already have arthritis in one knee lol and had tendon surgery on my right Bicep and shoulder when I was in my mid 20s so I could definitely benefit from something.
