Approved Log Simon Log 2.0 - Anavar, TestE, EQ & Primo

@BodyMonster34 I'm feeling pretty good, solid 220 pounds. Id really like to get rid of this issue with my hips and lower back, it prevents me from deadlifting and squatting the numbers I really like. The TB and BPC seem to be working so far.
Make sure to stretch EVERY day
 
Today I only did some core work and heavy Squat and bench, low volume because I had an early bike ride planned for Saturday am, and I was feeling like hitting some heavy weight to see how it felt, miss my heavy weight, felt pretty good.

Diet, Training and Updates

Day 14 of BPC157 and TB500

DIET:
0530 - 1tsp psyllium husk and 10oz water blended as shake.

0900 - breakfast burrito, (sausage, bacon, peppers, onions, mushrooms, jalapenos and cheddar) 2oz salsa and 1oz sour cream

1230 - 5oz grilled chicken over 2c mixed greens, cucumbers, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, blue cheese crumbles dressed with olive oil and balsamic vin

2000 - 1.5c roasted spaghetti squash topped w 2c homeade chili, 1/2avocado, 1tbs sour cream and ½cup shredded cheese. 1 scoop protein w 1tsp psyllium husk powder mixed w 10oz water and ½ slice of carrot cake.

TRAINING:
Squat 225x10, 275x5, 365x1
Bench Press 225x5, 270x5, 315x6 w bands
SS1 Reverse Hypers BW 100 Reps
SS1 Decline Crunches BW 100 Reps

SLEEP: 2130 - 0500 approx 7.5 hours.
WATER: approx. 1 gallon
ELECTROLYTES+AMINOS: 360mg Magnesium, 320mg Potassium, 1000mg Sodium, 2mg Zinc, 500mg Aminos
DAILY SUPS:
Fish oil triglyceride liquid:Omega 3 - 2540mg,Omega 6 - 1000mg, Omega 9 - 1000mg
CoQ10:400mg, Turmeric Extract:1g, BioPerine Black Pepper Extract:20mg

Anavar ends 08.17.23 for what would be a total of 6 weeks @ 50mg each day. I will be pushing the Primo from 200mg per week to 500mg per week. I have also been using a TestE/EQ 400 mix which I have been taking 300mg a week and will be pushing that to 400mg per week.

So from now until the end of cycle, (the next 7 weeks, 09.29.23) I will be taking 500mg Primo, 400mg TestE and 400mg EQ. Ordered more Primo from DS Wednesday afternoon and its scheduled for delivery Saturday. I love @domesticsupply always the gold standard!

Day 13 of BPC157 and TB500

DIET:
0600 - 1/2c oatmeal, 1 peach, 1 banana, 1tsp honey, 1 scoop protein w 1tsp psyllium husk and 10oz water blended as shake.

1100 - Nan bread topped with homemade pesto, grilled chicken, tomatoes and shredded mozz

1330 - 5oz grilled chicken over 2c mixed greens, 1 avocado, cucumbers, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, blue cheese crumbles dressed with olive oil and balsamic vin

2000 - 2c Italian sub salad dressed with olive oil and red wine vinegar, (salami, provolone, garbanzo beans, pepperoncini, lettuce, cherry tomatoes. 1 scoop protein w 1tsp psyllium husk powder mixed w 10oz water

TRAINING:
Rest day

SLEEP: 2215 - 0445 approx 6.5 hours.
WATER: approx. 1 gallon

Next time I stack Test and EQ I will use Test and EQ separately so I can take a higher dose of EQ than Test. I think Id perfer 250mg Test Cyp and 500mg EQ. I currently have Test Cyp 250 and EQ 500 on hand but planned to use them in 2024, probably stack with the Anadrol on hand and chase that 240 pounds at 18% bf! Oh hell yeah, Beefcake is on the move!! Anyways, I got a little carried away there, Ima stay focused on the cycle and diet at hand.

1930 - 1c vanilla soft serve with 1c strawberries and 1c bananas. 1 scoop protein powder, 1tsp psyllium husk powder mixed w 10oz water.

120 minutes on bike for a total of30 mile bike ride. 15 miles Zone 1, 15 miles Zone 2 with a few 2 to 3 minute intervals in Zone 3.

@SteveSmi This is really hard for me. Between the bacon, shredded cheese and protein powder. I think everything else could go. Trying to get the rest of the fam on board to as we plan our dinners out a week in advance.
