Approved Log Simon TRT Log

Back to strength training today, trying to take it easy but still put in the work nursing some ailments. Was also up very early to take the kids to the airport for 0530 flight.

Diet, Training and Anavar/Test Updates
FRI 05.26.23 Day 55 Anavar/Test
Day 25 Added MK-2866 & SR-9009

DIET:
0300 - 25mg anavar, fish oil, 50mg MK-2866 and 10mg SR-9009

0700 - 1c oatmeal with almonds and blueberries. 1 banana.

0800 - breakfast sandwhich, (2 eggs, 4 bacon, 1 slice cheddar, 2 slices wheat)

1100 - 10mg SR-9009, 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk powder. 1 MetRx big 100 bar

1500 - 1scoop protein w 10oz water, 1 avacado, 2 chicken breasts, 25 mg anavar, fish oil, 10mg SR-9009

1600 - 4 caps N2G

1830 - meat and cheese platter, calamari, shrimp and chorizo paella

2000 - 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk powder. 3 caps N2G.

TRAINING:
Deadlift - 135x10, 185x10, 225x5, 275@3 sets of 5

Overhead Press -95x10, 115x10, 135 @3 sets of 5

EZ Bar Upright Rows 65@4x15
Band Assit Pull Ups BW@4x10
Cable Facepulls 50@4x15
AB Rolls BW@3x15
Reverse Hypers BW@3x15

SLEEP: 2030 - 0630 approx 10 hours.
WATER: approx 1g

1600 - ¾ rack baby back ribs, 1.5c greens and diced bacon, 1c homemade pasta salad with grilled vegetables, ½ loaded baked russet potato

1800 - 1 large slice carrot cake

2000 - 1 scoop protein w 10oz water and 1tsp psyllium husk powder. 3 caps N2G.
