Morning bros! After a week of flu I’m back! Feel fresh and ready to go. Was only a minor flu luckily but didn’t train so I didn’t limit my recovery

Week of flu and you're straight back into a push session, that consistency is mad bro.
Has to be done bro! Otherwise my head will spin😂 must be the low dose gsl tren keeping the numbers up😂

Hammer horizontal leg press: 60x8, 40x10

Standing calf: 90x10, 75x12

Great session in the books. Powered by gold standard best in the business. Sat on top of a yoga block for the horizontal press to get more knee flexion. A bit less load but a heap of quad engagement. No point just moving weight from a to b. Training flying and I go to Europe exactly 7 weeks from today

Trained at an external facility for work. Done every Tuesday. Push movements but pretty low on cns. It’s mandatory work training so just have to work it in around my schedule

Tricep Pushdown machine
Lat raise machine
Overhead press
Pec fly machine
Crunch machine
Neck flexion/extension machine

All done for sets of 2. It’s all med x machines so really cool stuff you wouldn’t get in regular gyms as I work in a rehab facility. All built in Europe by nautilus engineers and patented so pretty cool stuff
