sore muscles on cycle


So something changed between my first and 2nd cycle. on my first cycle i was not sore from i recall even though my training was much more stronger. this current 2nd cycle running the same exact test seems like i am not getting as much gains and the more i push the more sore i am getting. what changed here?

I would suggest you train a bit less, get to a point where you're not too sore and add more training from then on. don't overtrain
This is how you can run into an injury. Listen to your body and take time off when needed. Be careful to differentiate between soreness related to training and pain leading to an injury.
