I’m 29 and want to get stronger and fast. Currently at 220 pounds/6’2’’. Bench is right at 315 pounds and I’ve got 3 cycles under my belt.
I’ve come to the conclusion that anadrol and maybe some tren might be the best way to do it.
My plan is this:
anadrol 50mgs a day
tren 300mgs a week
would you recommend adding something else or stay put with this?
