I just finished a marathon for the first time. During the run I twisted my ankle a bit at the 15 Mile mark and I hobbled the rest of the way. I know that was stupid to do but I wanted to finish my first marathon without quitting. Now my ankle hurts like hell. What kind of supplements can I take to heal my ankle as soon as possible

If no major ligaments tear, keep walking on it and use cold/hot bath on it, 5min each, morning and night. apply tight bandage in between, elevate your leg whenever you can
 
You just need to rest it man. Thats 95% of it. Mk2866 and mk677 will help wirh healing but it comes down ro rest and time
