Testosterone and equipoise for 12 weeks

I’m 44 years old and I’m 218 lbs and I’m 5’11”
I’m looking to put together a recomposition cycle for 12 weeks using testosterone and equipoise
going to dose them at 300mgs a week for the entirety of the cycle.
What would be a good dose if I decided to do more bulking halfway through at week 6? just trying to plan this out.

12 week sis fine but not 300mgs each

i would do it a bit different. do 400mgs eq and 150 test

Eq 5-600 and test around 300 for 14-16 weeks
