Testosterone and health changes

I was wondering what kind of Health changes I can expect if I was to run just a testosterone cycle of 300 mg a week
I'm currently 55 years old and I have not run steroids in about 20 years
I just recently started getting back into shape and in the gym
I'm 5'10 245 lb
I have a bit of a gut but nothing too much trying to stop drinking so much beer
can you give me some tips and recommendations here?

you will get strength and size ... more androgenic aggression

however overall you will be not happy with your results until you get your diet and training on point. beer gut is a real thing, beer is full of empty calories and it does nothing but set you back. beer is just fermented grains mixed with crappy water. (those beer commercials claiming it comes from the mountain water are full of shit). the fact that people even today drink beer when it tastes like ass i will never understand but its a waste of money and does NOTHING for your health

you dont use steroids to get back into shape.. you 100% should not be using it until you get into the proper condition... you said you are "just getting back into shape" so now would be the worst possible time to start a steroid... you need to get back in the gym, get consistent and get into better condition... you are looking for a shortcut that is not there

you can start by using 300mgs testosterone sports trt if you add aromasin and cardarine with n2guard you'll get lean
