Didn't have a good pump today, oddly enough. My last few arm days the pump has been almost painful, but I was drenched when I left. Enjoying being one of the top 10 biggest guys in the gym.

I eat over 400g protein daily. Lee Priest was talking about some days you don't get a pump but wake up super sore. Bi's are sore this morning so I did something right haha.

Finally hit 100s for a full 3x8. Gotta credit it to the dbol. 90° incline, no spot or help getting them up. Feel like I can go forever, I have to force myself to not overtrain.
