Thanks brother! An hour before training i eat 8oz Chicken with 4oz rice and 1/2c Broccoli. Then right when I get there i have a kodiak protein bar.

Yessir, over 400. I'll have my last meal in a little bit and then my shake before bed. Honeslty I love being on cycle, the confidence and strength is awesome. Going to be sad cycling off but staying healthy is most important. It's nice throwing around heavy ass weight and breaking pr's nearly every week.
