you know to get lean you need refeed days too , so you can jack up your t3/t4 thyroid
i was doing strict for years and had a messed up metabolic rate because of it
after refeeds every 2 weeks it fixed the issue bro
most guys I train I recommend 1 cheat day every 2 weeks
