Approved Log Testosterone Dbol Cycle started

Week in on just test p probably not going to stack or run dbol this cycle I’ll see how I feel a few more weeks into it. Took Saturday off at the gym and hit pretty hard last night , today I’m beyond tired no motivation to hit the gym at all , woke up not much of an appetite as normal but ate my chicken , bean , rice and veggie meal with a scoop of whey. Just not feeling like myself today
Your diet is lacking I bet. If you're not feeling well you're not doing the diet right IMO
 
Rice , veggies , chicken , ground turkey , beef , beans , eggs , aminos , daily vitamins and whey protein throughout the day

you understand without actually logging your food you wont get the energy or results you want, you say you're low energy but I haven't seen 1 post with your full diet layout for at least 1 week.

Post your diet, meals foods and when you eat and amounts every day for 1 week
and do the same thing for training.

you should NOT be tired on a cycle like this something is wrong.

Can’t say anything’s happened yet I’m 3 injections in and yeah I see this page wants a lot more work then I thought I was here for questions nothing more nothing less haha but yeah that’s the same meal I eat 4 times a day along with a mass gainer !
