Always start low and see how your body reacts. Log your results. Many here may recommend 500mg or less/week to start, but I recommend you start with 300 mg/week. That is enough for you to realize gains, but light enough where your sides should be manageable.
If you tolerate it well, you can increase your dosage on your next cycle.
