Cable Skullcrusher: 17.5x9, 12.5x13 + Drop Set


Thoughts:

Savage push day overall. In a bit of an aggressive minicut so taking smaller and measured progressions. Definitely accumulating fatigue a small bit quicker but still overloading every set. Plan is to take 1.25-2.5kg jumps and retain performance at the very least.

Sides:
No significant sides to speak of currently. Feel absolutely awesome! Performance is good and from todays pic body fat is shifting hence the shorter duration mini cut wise. For the body fat I was starting at 4 weeks should be more than enough. Especially with a beach holiday coming up at the end of the week it will be nice to reduce the off season gut

I would get some activated charcoal that will really help in case you have food poisoning
 
yeah you gotta be careful a lot of times the food practices aren't that good when you're eating at a restaurant in a 3rd world country

Weekly run down:

Have had some digestive issues for maybe 4-5 days now. Initially was worried but got to the root of it. As my girlfriend and I are going on a holiday to Indonesia her sister is a doctor and recommended probiotics to prevent any stomach issues that may arise. Evidently these work well with their gut health but kills mine. I do have quite a sensitive stomach though so the introduction of new gut bacteria killed me. No appetite and feeling of discomfort all day with some vomiting. Only clicked with me last night while on a walk. I’ve pulled them out the last 2 days and I’m feeling about 90% there stomach wise. So check in is the slight at bit flat. Also explains the initial 2kg drop as well rather than something a bit more gradual.

Great session overall everything overloaded. Again all slow and steady but got a wicked pump this morning. Slightly earlier session, I did feel a tad bit weaker compared to my normal training time but nothing major.

Sides:
No sides to report as of yet. Sleep was meh last night but I’m gonna put that down to the warm weather and me generally running hot. I got to sleep no problem with ac but I had it set to turn off during the night and I reckon that woke me in the morning.
 
As a thought on the gut - you made a problem, trying to fix a problem, that hadn't existed yet lol

Slightly different training. I’m on holidays for a week and tbh I just wanted to have a bit of fun with my last 2 sessions before I head off. Tomorrow will be push and arms. Had such a sick time today. Some familiar movements and some new as well.

Sides:
Nothing negative as of yet. Still waiting I suppose but im thinking im fine😂 primo has gone in and shots are incredibly smooth. Happy enough to crack on until end of cycle and will share a collage of first check in vs last before moving over to a sports trt maybe 150 test and 100 primo.
