Lat raises and arm work done in work due to being tight on time and just got a bit of a pump on them honestly which is okay. Great session overall. Increased overall volume because my recovery has been fantastic never feel too fucked session wise. Will be slightly upping volume too on squats for lower, adductors and single leg ham work just via an extra set. Numbers are absolutely flying up
