Massive training day plenty of volume have backed right off the weight and focusing on staying in zone 2 / zone 3 for the whole workout. Since introducing mots c my heart rate is staying a lot lower during training and loving the all day feeling it's been giving me not pure raw energy but just a clean focus I would describe it as. Im getting no PIP whatsoever with it.
