The truth about DECA and dosages

I've read a lot of people running deca at around 300 to 400 mg a week. Based on the way the steroid is structured, shouldn't I be increasing the dosage since it's considered weak and a very slow builder? Maybe I should front-load it at 500 or 600 mg, then drop the dosage to 200 or 300mg after about 6 weeks. What do you guys think? I'm 5'11" and 205 lb, looking to bulk.

If you're using Deca for the first time, it is always better to dose moderately and titrate up as your tolerance permits. You should avoid blasting early without knowing how your body would react as you risk exposing yourself to more sides and Deca-Dick can be a real concern.
 
Don't front-load Deca or crank up the dose just because it's slow—it takes weeks to build up in your system anyway, and blasting 600 mg early is a one-way ticket to awful bloat, mood swings, and "deca dick."

Just stick to a steady 300 to 400 mg a week, keep your food up, and let the long ester do its thing over time; at 205 lb, that's more than enough to pack on quality size without wrecking yourself
