Approved Log TRT and Lifestyle Log Journal

You've not really, I suspect, worked hard on the diet
My diest stays clean I have dieted down to be at 180 pounds was that low 2 years ago but jump back up to the high 190 pounds then back to 189 and then in past 7 months when I got on trt I jump up to 208 and now I am cutting back down but my calories are around 3000 might be a little less some days but now that I am cutting I am dropping cals to 2500 for now then see how low I have to get .. I use chat gpt to track my macros I guess it off … but my diet could always be more strict your right thanks for the feed back
 
So I am 41 years old started trt In January so I am on 120mg of test with .25 of estrogen blocker and my last blood work was well I just posted my labs but my test was 1353 I am 205 pounds and about 20%body fat .. I am going to log my progress I just started a tirzeptide with my trt will post my results … I am curious what should my test levels be or free test should be what is the sweet number and how much test should I do or is there anything else I should get .. my goal is to finally get my six pack I work out hard and done it for years but never reached the body I wanted any advise I am all ears and will show my results for anyone else

I recommend lowering your TRT dose to 100mg per week. You should not require an AI while on a proper TRT dose and your test numbers are also above the normal range. Ideally your dose will get you to the upper range within normal without an AI. Looking forward to following along!

I was on 100mg and was only at 900 then they bumped me up to 125 and it shot up to 1350 I have another blood test coming up in September so will post …thank you for your advice I believe my numbers my level off here soon I only started in January so still trying to get everything right

Food today was Lower calories small morning shake with spinage a little fruit oatmeal ,protein, fiber, mushrrom coffee , ginger , Greek yogurt , later big piece of fish with broccoli , chicken breast and veggies , that’s befor dinner don’t know what I am going to have yet .. training was legs started off front squats light weight 3 sets ,then walking lunges with kettle bell up and down the little area at gym 4x then some bi lateral leg extension 4 sets drop set on last set then hamstring curls same as extension drop set on last set then calves and that was my work out
