Food today was Lower calories small morning shake with spinage a little fruit oatmeal ,protein, fiber, mushrrom coffee , ginger , Greek yogurt , later big piece of fish with broccoli , chicken breast and veggies , that’s befor dinner don’t know what I am going to have yet .. training was legs started off front squats light weight 3 sets ,then walking lunges with kettle bell up and down the little area at gym 4x then some bi lateral leg extension 4 sets drop set on last set then hamstring curls same as extension drop set on last set then calves and that was my work out
