Still waiting for the second part of the order I purchased on Jan 30th: this is really too long!!! Last week you promised me you would ship another brand within the next day since the one I bought doesn't seem to be available at the moment, yet you did not. I think I have the precise right to receive the products within reasonable terms and to be thus able to schedule my cycles: if a brand doesn't happen to be available and this is not shown during the online purchase the client should be informed promptly and an equivalent brand should be proposed, which you are not doing!

Thank you for your message. I'd like to express my sincere apologies for the delay in the delivery of your order. There has been a general delay from a few WHs of late for a number of reasons.

However, we have been assured by these WHs that pending deliveries will be expedited within the remainder of this month.

Could you be so kind to drop your order number here, so that I can follow-up on it and revert back?

Once again, I understand your frustrations, but please be rest assured that we are working hard to resolve all delays.

I think almost 2months is far too much, after the first 15 days if the product doesn't turn out to be available you should immediately inform the client and organize a replacement, especially because the client has absolutely no way to check availability by ordering and opt for another brand if necessary.
