I’m currently 40 years old and I’m looking to use LGD properly for the next 16 weeks. I’ve read that 10 mg is good but I read 20 mg is better. The problem is economically I can’t really afford to do 20 mg a day. What do you recommend I do for 16 weeks instead?
LGD is the Goat. It's great for lean muscle mass and strength. I've always gotten good results at 10 mg, but you certainly can do a little more for 16 weeks. Why not?

LGD and rad really stack well if you're looking to get some lean quality muscle. Or you can go with SR or GW if you want to do more of a recomposition.
