I’m looking to add test suspension along with sarms as a pre workout. Looking for that boost and that edge.
I have no shame in admitting that I have a hard time training without using any sort of performance enhancers and that’s just the way it is and nothing is going to change it so I don’t need a lecture.
What I do need is your tips on which sarms are the best to use for pre-workout. I’m 50 years old and I’m coming off a long and difficult divorce involving children and I really need to start hitting the gym consistently or I’m going to go crazy.
