so this really sucks but I’ve noticed a lot of hives and sneezing after eating nuts and avocados. I went and got a food testing thing done and they said I was allergic to both. That is where I get the bulk of my fats from.
Where do I go from here when it comes to getting in good fats? Can you give me some other options for me that have nothing to do with any type of nut that I can start consuming
