I'm dealing with a lot of stress right now. It's a long story but I'm going through a divorce with kids and I'm also going through a lot of stress with work. It's going to be absolute hell over the next few months and then when I get through this hopefully the stress goes away.
In the meantime what's a good way to weight train while you're under a lot of stress? Should you reduce the volume? Should you aim to train more in the mornings just to get out of the way? What are some of your tips?
